Skyline DECA wins two world championships

This year, Skyline High DECA had spectacular success, with 3 students winning World Championships, 9 students placing in the top ten and 6 students in the top twenty. World champions were Amid Kazemini and Josh Wolters and Nishi Kaza.

Overall, there were 18,000 DECA students competing in Atlanta (out of 215,000 students worldwide, including the US, Canada, Mexico, China, and many other countries.)

Notably, Nishi Kaza was a repeat champion, an accomplishment never before achieved in the 19 year storied history of Skyline DECA. Nishi will be attending the University of California at Berkeley’s Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology Program to study both Business and Computer Science.
